The Election Commission has announced that the preference numbers for candidates contesting the upcoming general election will be released by tomorrow (16).
The commission is currently verifying the numbers submitted by all districts and will resubmit them to district secretaries once the process is complete.
Additionally, a meeting between political party representatives and the Election Commission is scheduled for today to discuss key election matters, including the maximum expenditure allowed per candidate.
