The Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha Election ended at 4:00 p.m. today with a 63% voter turnout, according to Galle District Returning Officer W.A. Dharmasiri.
Vote counting commenced at 4:30 p.m., and polling proceeded peacefully with no reported incidents.
