A United National Party (UNP) Working Committee meeting will be held at Sirikotha in Pitakotte today (02) under the chairmanship of party leader President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
The Working Committee meeting has been convened to make a final decision regarding the UNP Convention.
UNP General Secretary Palitha Range Bandara said that the decision taken by the UNP Management Committee to hold the 76th Anniversary and the Convention on September 10 is to be approved at the Working Committee meeting.
The venue of the convention and the organizing committee members are also to be approved at the Working Committee meeting.
