Former Minister Sathasivam Viyalendiran, who was remanded in custody for aiding and abetting bribery, was ordered to be further remanded.
The former minister, who was remanded in custody for aiding and abetting bribery, was ordered to be further remanded until April 08.
The case was taken up today (April 01) before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court.
Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali issued this order after officials of the Bribery Commission informed that investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
