Former Secretary to the Ministry of Health, Janaka Chandragupta has been arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) over the controversial substandard Immunoglobulin import issue.
Chandragupta was arrested after he had arrived at the CID to provide a statement regarding the matter this morning (18).
