The Ministry of Labor has revealed that 22,450 public and private institutions have failed to properly provide Employees Provident Fund (EPF) benefits to their employees.
Deputy Minister Mahinda Jayasinghe stated that discussions have already commenced with the heads of the respective institutions to address the issue and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
