COLOMBO (News 1st); SJB MP Dr. Harsha de Silva has unanimously been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee on Public Finance (CoPF).
A Special meeting of the Committee on Public Finance got underway at the Parliamentary complex today (June 07) chaired by President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
The post of Chairman of the Committee on Public Finance remained vacant for nearly six months since the new Parliamentary session commenced.
