International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director – Kristalina Georgieva has lauded Sri Lanka’s commitment to reform efforts during a meeting with the visiting Sri Lanka delegation, reaffirming its support for the nation’s progress under the IMF programme.
On X (formerly Twitter), Ms. Georgieva has said : “Had a great discussion with Sri Lanka’s delegation. Encouraged by the authorities’ commitment to continue the reform efforts to safeguard the hard-won gains under the IMF-supported program. The IMF remains committed to supporting Sri Lanka build a better future for its people.”
