A new agreement is needed to secure the second tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for Sri Lanka, the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Alleviating the Impact of the Economic Crisis said.
As a result, the receipt of the second tranche may be further delayed, Committee Chairman Gamini Waleboda said.
