Convenor of the Inter-University Students’ Federation (IUSF) – Madushan Chandrajith and another undergraduate from the Sabaragamuwa University have been released on bail.
They were ordered released on personal bonds of Rs. 500,000 each by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court when they were produced before the court today (March 07).
The IUSF convener and another student activist were arrested by police during the protest march held by undergraduates in Colombo yesterday (March 06).
