Lawyers of former Parliamentarian Johnston Fernando today (Oct. 22) informed the Court of Appeal that Fernando will appear before the CID tomorrow to provide a statement over the alleged use of an unregistered luxury vehicle.
A petition filed by former MP Johnston Fernando seeking an order to prevent his arrest over the incident was taken up for consideration today.
Subsequently, the court ordered the petition to be called again on October 25.
