The Welipenna Interchange on the Southern Expressway, which was closed due to a minor flood situation yesterday (Oct. 11), has now reopened for traffic, according to the Road Development Authority (RDA).
However, the Kaduwela exit on the Expressway has been closed due to flooding.
Police say that only heavy vehicles may exit at Kaduwela towards Kadawatha.
