Last shipment of Chinese donated uniform material, handed over
The last 44 containers carrying school uniform material donated from China have arrived in China, completing the total donation of 09 million metres donated for a total of 3,420,714 students across Sri Lanka.
The final stock had been handed over to the Ministry of Education yesterday (08) by Chinese ambassador to Sri Lanka – Mr. Qi Zhenhong at the ministry premises.
The entire donation completes the 70% of the total school uniform fabric requirement for the year 2023.
The final stock was donated by China’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Qi Zhenhong at the Ministry.
