Dr. A. Basil Senadheera has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Co-Operative Insurance Company PLC.
Dr. Senadheera is known as a highly competent administrative officer with a thorough knowledge of the cooperative industry and has held several positions at the national level in the industry.
He was serving as a director of the Co-Operative Insurance Company and has previously held several positions such as Chairman of Nuwara Eliya District Cooperative Board, Chairman of New Talawakele Cooperative Society, Director of Central Provincial Cooperative Rural Bank Association and Director of Consumers Association etc.
