The Prime Minister’s Office stated that in August last year 3,200 graduates were awarded appointments while in August this year another 12,133 graduates received appointments.
They alsonoted that out of this number 887 were external degree holders. Inaddition, another 4,178 external degree holders received their appointments yesterday (08).
Another 489 appointments are to be made, while this is reserved for those who did notreceive their appointments over various reasons and had submitted appeals in this regard. The PM’s Office noted that consideration would be given to the appeals of graduates between the ages of 43-45.
