Navy opens new COVID treatment center in Boosa

The Navy has opened a new treatment center with 162 beds at the Boosa Navy camp to treat the COVID patients.

The navy has converted a four-story building used to train newly recruited sailors into a treatment facility because of the rising number of patients across the country.

The facility comprises 12 wards and 150 beds. It also has a high dependency unit with 12 beds.The facility is manned by two doctors and a team of health workers from the navy.
