CPC calls for a fuel price hike!

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has said that fuel prices need to be increased as the CPC has suffered a loss of Rs. 70 billion.

Speaking to reporters, CPC Chairman Sumith Wijesinghe has said that given this massive loss, the CPC has no other alternative but to increase fuel prices.

He said the subject minister was informed of this as well.
