Trishaw charges upped Featured

Three-wheeler owners have decided to increase Trishaw fares from midnight today (12), said Sudil Jayaruk, President of the Three Wheeler Drivers and Owners Association.

Accordingly, in urban areas the first Km will be Rs. 70 and Rs. 55 for the second kilometer, he said.

He said the starting fare in remote areas would be Rs. 80 per Km and 60 rupees for the second Km in remote areas.

Jayaruk said that despite the 70% increase in fuel prices in the recent past, the decision was taken with the consumers in mind, even though the price increase is insufficient.
