SLPP MP refuses to attend govt. meeting

Colombo District MP of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) - Jagath Kumara Sumithraarachchi has said that he will not attend today's (04) meeting of the government parties, as it is a mere chit chat that wastes time.

In a letter to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the MP says that talking during the government meeting makes no sense anymore as no one provides answers to answers that are raised. Nor does anyone come forward to make important proposals made by MPs a reality.
