Weerakumara's warrant recalled (update)

Colombo Magistrate Court recalled the arrest warrant issued against the Parliamentarian Weerakumara Dissanayake after he appeared before courts.

The Colombo Chief Magistrate issued a warrant against Dissanayake as he failed to appear before the court over a case filed by Cinnamon Garden Police, this morning.

Warrant issued against Weerakumara

The Colombo Magistrate today (18) issued a warrant against UPFA MP Weerakumara Dissanayake for not appearing in court.

He is alleged to have misused vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat.
