Acting Finance Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said that no new agreements will be signed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
He expressed these views while speaking to the media in Ruwanwella yesterday.
He said that the domestic debt optimization, which was a basic requirement for foreign debt optimization, has now been fully completed.
“Accordingly, the foreign debt optimization can also be completed soon,” he said.
