The next school term will commence on June 12.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said that textbooks and uniforms have already been delivered to schools to be distributed among the students.
The minister said the schools that have not yet received the ordered textbooks and uniforms can inform the ministry after June 12.
Meanwhile, the GCE O/L examination is scheduled to end today (08).
Examinations Commissioner General Amith Jayasundara said that this year’s O/L examination was conducted at 3,568 examination centers.
