Twelve suspects have been arrested at a liquor production unit located inside a warehouse in the Kalukondayaawa area of Dompe, which had been operating without any license.
The raid was conducted by officers of the Dompe police.
Accordingly, more than 6,000 bottles of alcohol, empty bottles, two lorries, filling machines, labels and other equipment had been seized during the raid.
Investigations are underway to ascertain to whom this liquor production centre belongs to.
