Chief of Naval Staff of Pakistan – Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi who is currently on an official visit to Sri Lanka, met with Sri Lankan President – Ranil Wickremesinghe today (27) at the Presidential Secretariat.
Strengthening of maritime regional cooperation between Sri Lanka and Pakistan as well as the further development of maritime activities between the two countries were discussed.
Admiral Niazi also presented a commemorative gift to President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
A group of top Naval officers from both countries were present.
