The Parliamentary debate on the “Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the establishment and maintenance of places of unlawful detention and torture chambers at the Batalanada Housing scheme,” will commence in Parliament today (April 10).
The report was tabled in Parliament by the government on March 14.
