Kayts police say that 02 persons have been arrested over a petrol bomb attack on the Mandaitivu police post on Jan. 10.
The assailants riding bikes had launched the attack in the night before fleeing.
Although the bombs had hit the police post and set it on flame, the police officers at the post had escaped unharmed.
The 02 suspects arrested are 35 yr. olds and investigations are underway to arrest the remaining suspects, police say.
