President Ranil Wickremesinghe has given a special notice to the ministers and parliament members of the government to avoid travelling abroad during the next parliamentary week commencing on the 5th.
The order was given during the Cabinet meeting held yesterday (28).
The President has issued the order as the motion of no confidence brought by the Opposition against Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella is to be debated and voted on next week.
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) requested in Parliament that two or three days be allocated to debate the motion of no confidence against Minister Rambukwella, and the government agreed to the request.
