President Ranil Wickremesinghe left for the United Kingdom this morning (4) to attend the coronation ceremony of King Charles III.
The coronation will be held at Westminster Abbey in London on May 6.
President Wickremesinghe will participate in the coronation as per the invitation of the British royal family.
After the coronation, the President is scheduled to return to Sri Lanka on the morning of May 8.
