President Ranil Wickremesinghe, who concluded his official visit to the UK and France, returned to the country this morning (26).
Fortified security measures were seen in and around the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake and the area around the Colombo – Katunayake Expressway since 05.30 this morning for the arrival of the President.
It was reported that police officers as well as Sri Lanka Air Force personnel were deployed to provide security.
