The Cabinet of Ministers granted approval for the combined cabinet memorandum furnished by the President as the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Justice, Prisons Affairs and Constitutional Reforms and the Minister of Public Security to establish a Presidential Task Force to identify, plan, and implement appropriate practical measures for prevention of the usage of dangerous and narcotic drugs.
