Public assistance sought to arrest murder suspect

The Colombo Crimes Division is seeking public assistance to arrest the main suspect who shot and killed a person with a T-56 gun at Lesley Ranagala Mawatha in Borella on May 20.
 
The 27-year-old suspect, Pushparaj Wigneswaran, is a resident of Jampettah Street, Colombo 13.
 
Police said the suspect is a fish vendor and has a tattoo of an elephant’s face below the elbow on his right arm.
