Former Sri Lanka Freedom Party Kalutara District leader and former Western Province Chief Minister Reginald Cooray has passed away.
It was reported that the former Chief Minister, who suffered a cardiac arrest during a meeting held at a hotel in Wadduwa last night (12), died while being taken to the Kalutara Teaching Hospital in an ambulance.
