A series of religious activities have been organised to mark the 7th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), which falls today (03).
An all night pirith chanting will be held tonight with the attendance of a hundred Buddhist monks, followed by an alms giving tomorrow.
A party senior said that the events will be held under the auspices of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and SLPP founder – Basil Rajapaksa.
