The Health Ministry has called for a report over the death of four children at the Kilinochchi General Hospital.
Ministry Secretary Janaka Chandragupta said that the hospital director is expected to submit the investigation report.
He also said that according to the current investigations, deteriorating health conditions have led to the deaths.
The Health Secretary said that further investigations are being conducted.
