Former cricketer Sachithra Senanayake, who is in remand custody, is scheduled to be produced before the Government Analyst today (13).
On September 06, Colombo Chief Magistrate Prasanna Alwis ordered that the suspect be produced before the Analyst at 9:00 am today to examine his voice.
The former cricketer was arrested by the Sports Offences Special Investigation Unit on charges of motivating Tharindu Ratnayake and Dhammika Prasad to fix a match during the Lanka Premier League series held in 2020.
He was remanded until August 15 after being produced in court.
