The Supreme Court has ordered for the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by Senior DIG Ajith Rohana seeking to cancel the decision to transfer him, to be taken up for consideration on September 04.
Earlier, the Supreme Court decided to take up the FR petition for consideration today (3).
However, the Judge-Bench has informed that the consideration of the petition will be postponed as another hearing is to be held today.
