In response to a request made by Sri Lanka, Bangladesh has given another six months to settle the loans obtained by Sri Lanka.
Bangladesh said the extension was given due to the economic crisis in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka has received a loan of USD 200 million from Bangladesh.
