Governor of Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) – Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe says ‘good faith negotiations’ are in progress with commercial creditors to reach an in-principle agreement as soon as possible.
Speaking at a media briefing today (Jan. 10) to deliver the annual policy statement, Dr. Weerasinghe said that an agreement is expected to be reached within the next two months.
