The Ministry of Digital Economy has issued an announcement to candidates sitting for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
The ministry states that candidates who are yet to receive National Identity Card (NIC) confirmation letters can collect them on March 15, 2025 (Saturday), from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the head office of the Department of Registrar of Persons and its branches in Galle, Kurunegala, Vavuniya, Batticaloa, and Nuwara Eliya.
Additionally, the relevant letter can also be downloaded from the official website of the Department of Registration of Persons (www.drp.gov.lk).
Furthermore, school applicants are appearing for the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination who have not yet submitted their applications must bring duly completed application forms certified by either their school principal or Grama Niladhari Officer, the statement adds.
The G.C.E. O/L exam is scheduled to commence on March 17.
