Public Security Minister – Ananda Wijepala has stated that a special security program will be implemented in Kandy city during the upcoming sacred exposition of the revered Tooth Relic (Siri Dalada Dakma).
The Minister further stated that several discussions have already been held in this regard under the patronage of the President.
In addition, a special program is also underway to ensure necessary infrastructure for the public.
The sacred exposition of the revered Tooth Relic is scheduled to be held in Kandy from April 18 – 27.
