It was reported that a group of State Ministers have held a secret discussion not to give their support during the debate on the expenditure head of Cabinet Ministers who have not assigned subjects to State Ministers.
Several senior backbench MPs of the ruling party have also participated in the discussion.
These State Ministers and MPs have said that certain Cabinet Ministers have been assigned a number of subjects, but they have not assigned any responsibility to State Ministers.
