The individuals who were killed by the Special Task Force (STF) over the shooting incidents in Mulleriyawa and Ahungalla were not the real criminals who carried out the shootings, the police investigation teams have revealed.
The police investigation teams engaged in curbing underworld activities said that these actions of the STF seem to have been taken to divert the investigations into the murders.
