Train services on the coastal line have been affected after a train derailed near the Kalutara South Railway Station last night (Jan. 05).
A train plying from Maradana to Kalutara South had derailed while travelling to the Railway Yard.
This had resulted in one railway track of the coastal line being completely blocked.
Although railway employees had cleared the derailed train, one railway line remained blocked as of this morning.
