The Board of Management of the Urban Development Authority has approved the transfer of a land in Narahenpita to the University of Colombo.
The 0.2761-hectare plot of land, located in Kalinga Mawatha, Narahenpita, has an apartment complex of 144 housing units.
Cabinet approval has been granted to provide this land as a free grant to be used as hostel facilities for the University of Colombo.
