A special discussion will be held today (13) between the Federation of. University Teachers Association (FUTA) and President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
FUTA Vice President Charudatta Ilangasinghe said the discussion will be held with the President about the issues faced by the university system and lecturers.
He further said the promises given by the President to solve these issues will also be discussed.
Meanwhile, the President is scheduled to hold another meeting with the Government Medical Officers Association this afternoon (13).
