U.S. State Department Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption – Richard Nephew is to visit Sri Lanka today (08) for a one day visit.
Anti-Corruption Analyst for the U.S. Department of State – Dylan Aikens, will be in the visiting delegation accompanying Nephew, the US embassy in Colombo states.
While in Colombo during August 08 – 09, Nephew will meet with government, opposition, IMF, private sector, and civil society interlocutors and his visit aims to better understand efforts to address corruption, as well as the political and economic conditions in the country, and explore potential for future cooperation, the embassy adds.
