Attanagalla Magistrate Manjula Karunaratne today (03) issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of the Nawagamuwa Police chief – CI Lionel.
The warrant was issued after the OIC, who was chief witness in two cattle theft cases, had failed to appear before court to testify.
