SL - China Friendship Sailing Cup inaugurated (Pics)

The Sri Lanka - China Friendship Sailing Cup was inaugurated earlier today (09) at the Colombo Port City by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

According to the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, a total of 65 boats took part in the Sailing Cup, which was organized in celebration of the 65th Anniversary of Sri Lanka – China diplomatic relations and the 70th Anniversary of the Rubber - Rice Pact.

Colourful cultural items were also performed at the Colombo Port City Marina.
