Veteran musician Prof. Sanath Nandasiri bids adieu (Pics)
The funeral of veteran musician and chancellor of University of Visual and Performing Arts Emeritus Prof. Sanath Nandasiri was held yesterday (01) at the Borella Cemetery.
Earlier in the day, his remains were taken from his residence in Embuldeniya to the University of Visual and Performing Arts and the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation.
Students, academics, artistes, contemporaries, politicians as well as the public paid their last respects to the veteran musician.
