Kaushalya won the Glucolin Challenge Trophy for best hurdler yesterday at the 100th National Athletics Championship 2022 at Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium – Diyagama.

She won the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.37 seconds at the championship. The 26 year old, was a member of Sri Lanka Gold medal winning 4x400m relay team in 2019 South Asian Games in Kathmandu while also secured Silver medal in 400m hurdles.
